Environmental awareness is in our genes
HRM has been working with environment issues in principle from the get-go. While many consulting firms have environmental awareness as a new part of their business, it is an integrated and specialized skill of HRM. We were among the very first to become ISO 14001 certified and for several years we have been working with Lloyd's as third-party auditors in both environmental and quality.
Environmental awareness is more than a certification. We help many of our customers to reduce harmful environmental impacts by their products. This may include issues arising from
internal combustion engines, materials, production methods or staff training.
Within the field of quality control, we have STA / SQA engineers and we assure the quality control of products, manufacturing, delivery and post-sale processes. Coordination within the client company is an important area, such as seeing to it that product development, production and materials supply have complete and shared information.
