Body & Trim is looking for design engineers with an eye for form and design

Our in-house team works primarily with plastic design in several exciting projects that are in various stages of the development. We also work with thin sheet metal. Future ventures also include concept and design with an emphasis to support our customers in the model and prototype area.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in construction where design and shape are important. You will be required to use Catia V5 as your primary tool, but you are probably already aware of the next generation, as you are all excited about being at the forefront. Experience in visualization tools is a plus but definitely not required.
As a person you are careful and methodical, but can cope with the balance of getting things completed at the right time. You are customer oriented and see constantly changing circumstances and goals as a tantalising challenge. You enjoy working in a dedicated team, where employees have diverse backgrounds, experience and roles.
Right now we are looking primarily for engineers to our office at Eriksberg, but consulting with customers may also be necessary in the future.
As we are expanding our team with more engineers we also see the possibility to vary the mix of backgrounds, experience and any specialties among the applicants.

Within the group Body & Trim we work with projects as well as consulting. Our main contribution is expertise in plastic and sheet metal construction. We have over 30 engineers engaged in our business, with about one-third of the projects in-house. Most of us are dedicated construction designers and construction leaders and some of us are also project leaders.
Our customers are usually (but not always) manufacturers or suppliers in the automotive industry and our focus is the body / exterior, interior and climate development.
